    This website is primarily a brochure website for our Cotswolds wedding and events venue business. Its main purpose is to provide information about our venue and services and to enable visitors to contact us directly by phone or email.

    Our website includes an embedded booking page powered by Planyo for camping bookings.

    When you use that booking facility, personal data connected with your booking is processed through Planyo's systems. Planyo acts in relation to that booking functionality in accordance with its own privacy and data protection information.

    Depending on how the booking setup is configured, we may receive booking details from Planyo where necessary to administer your reservation, communicate with you, or provide the booked service.

    As the Planyo site administrator, we have full access to the data and control the ways in which the data is entered into the Planyo system (the reservation form template including form items to ask for additional private information). Planyo cannot control how this data is used and it is the Company/site admin's responsibility to make sure the data exported from planyo (also manually, e.g. using a CSV export) is well protected and doesn't violate GDPR policies.

    Xtreeme Sagl (creator of Planyo.com) headquartered in Lavertezzo, Switzerland (company identification number CH-670.4.001.381-2) serves as a data processor by providing the technology for data input (creating reservations, customer records etc.). Xtreeme Sagl keeps strict control mechanisms to make sure the data is available only to the team members which must have access to given data. Amazon AWS (Zurich Switzerland Region) is the world's leading cloud computing platform and hosts all of Planyo's servers. This platform provides world's most secure data centres and has very strict access policies which are fully compliant with EU, Swiss and US laws, including GDPR. Note: Xtreeme Sagl does not give out private information to other parties, except when requested by the police/legal authorities of given country.

    Payments are made through our merchant provider, Worldpay.
